Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Overtime available until 5:30 PM)

Pay: $18.00-$19.00/hour

Duration: 1+ Year Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Material Handler / Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and in-plant logistics operations. This role involves shipping, receiving, inventory management, material movement, and operating material handling equipment in a fast-paced, cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment. Attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to safety are essential.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, receive, store, and distribute materials and supplies
• Perform inventory transactions accurately and maintain inventory control
• Conduct physical inventory counts and cycle counts
• Transport materials between departments and production areas
• Pick and stage materials for production work orders
• Ensure accurate counting, labeling, staging, and storage of materials
• Operate warehouse equipment including:
• Sit-down forklifts
• Stand-up forklifts
• Side-loader forklifts
• Pallet jacks
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cGMP guidelines, and safety regulations
• Assist with training new team members as needed
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills for inventory transactions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment

• Manufacturing and warehouse environment
• Work may involve exposure to laboratory materials, chemicals, and regulated manufacturing processes
• May work in narrow aisles and cold storage areas
• Overtime available based on business needs
