*Note: This position is for a future program that has not been awarded yet.* ProSync is seeking a passionate Engineer III to support U.S. Navy programs and provide engineering support to a U.S. Navy customer, assisting with system development, analysis, documentation, and testing. This role supports technical teams working on modernization and sustainment activities across naval mission areas. The Engineer III provides mid-level engineering support to a U.S. Navy customer, executing systems engineering, lifecycle support, and technical analysis. Performs one or a combination of such typical duties as:

- Conduct detailed engineering assessments and analysis.
- Support development of engineering plans, specifications, and training materials.
- Assist with test preparation, execution, and data review.
- Participate in engineering reviews and risk assessments.
- Provide guidance to junior engineers.
- 7+ years of engineering experience.
- Experience supporting DoD or Navy technical environments.
- A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.
- A Master's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
