Medical Records Specialists

Full-Time Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST

Location: Miramar Beach, FL

Pay: $17/hr

Duration: 6+ months, temporary with potential for hire

Job Description:

We’re seeking a detail‐oriented Health Information Specialist to support a high‐volume medical records environment. This role involves processing and auditing medical record requests, entering data across multiple platforms, and navigating dual‐monitor systems with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, production‐driven setting
Experience processing or auditing medical records
Strong computer navigation skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Self‐starter with strong attention to detail

Requirements :

Must be proficient with navigating around a computer
Medical Records exposure is highly preferred
Customer service experience
