Job Title: Driver / Construction

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Driver / Material Handler to support our roofing operations. This role is responsible for transporting materials, setting up and cleaning job sites, and assisting crews as needed. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, physically capable, and comfortable interacting with homeowners in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver roofing materials to and from suppliers and job sites
• Set up roofing job sites, including staging materials and equipment
• Perform job site clean-up, including debris removal and proper disposal
• Safely operate company vehicles, including trucks and trailers
• Tow trailers as needed for equipment and material transport
• Operate a dump truck for hauling debris and materials
• Communicate professionally with homeowners when on-site
• Assist roofing crews with general labor tasks when required
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements:

• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights when needed
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Clean & Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
• Experience towing trailers and operating larger vehicles
• Experience operating a dump truck preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Prior experience in roofing, construction, or material handling
• Familiarity with job site safety standards

Work Environment:

• Primarily outdoor work on residential job sites
• Exposure to heat, sun, and varying weather conditions
• Physical, hands-on role requiring stamina and mobility

Compensation:

• Based on experience
