NORC Case Manager - Aging-In-Place & Senior Support
LESIAC
LESIAC is seeking a full-time Case Manager in New York City to join their interdisciplinary team to provide individual and group services to seniors. With a master's degree required (MSW or LMSW preferred), the role includes conducting assessments, maintaining client records, and providing outreach services. Candidates must be sensitive to the needs of the elderly, organized, and able to work professionally in complex situations. Bilingual in English and Spanish is essential.
