Position/Specialty: MedSurg RN

Shift: 4x12s, Days 7a-7:30p

Ratios: 1:6-7, Staffing plan supports 1:6 normal ratios but if there is an unplanned absence that can't be covered the unit will flex to 1:7

Weekend REQ (Y/N): Yes, every other weekend

Is on-call REQ? (Y/N): Yes, prn low census

Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities (Y/N)? Yes

Required/Preferred Years of experience REQ: Prefer experience, 2 years

First-time travelers accepted: (Y/N): Yes

License REQ: SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start

Certifications REQ: BLS Certifications Preferred: ACLS, NIHSS
