What You'll Do

Client Delivery & Architecture Leadership

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise Salesforce programs across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Data Cloud
• Define technical strategy, platform architecture, and integration design aligned to client business objectives
• Own the technical workstream on large, complex engagements — from discovery and design through build, QA, and go-live
• Conduct architecture reviews, design sessions, and technical governance across program phases
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions
• Identify and mitigate technical risks proactively throughout the program lifecycle

Data Cloud & AI

• Architect and implement Data Cloud solutions including data ingestion, identity resolution, unified data models, and calculated insights
• Design activation strategies that connect Data Cloud to CRM, marketing, and AI workflows
• Leverage Agentforce and Einstein AI capabilities to drive intelligent, outcome-based workflows
• Guide clients on data governance, segmentation strategy, and real-time personalization frameworks

Health Cloud

• Design Health Cloud solutions supporting care management, care coordination, patient/member engagement, and provider relationship management
• Apply knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and regulatory requirements (HIPAA) to solution design
• Architect integrations between Salesforce Health Cloud and EHR/EMR systems, payer platforms, and clinical data sources
• Support clients in life sciences, payer, and provider segments with industry-specific solution patterns

Integrations & Platform Engineering

• Design and govern enterprise integration architectures connecting Salesforce to ERP, ITSM, HCM, data warehouse, and third-party platforms
• Define integration patterns using MuleSoft, Salesforce Connect, REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and CDC
• Ensure integration solutions are scalable, secure, observable, and aligned to enterprise architecture standards
• Establish API governance, error handling, and monitoring frameworks for complex integration landscapes

What You Bring

Experience

• 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience, with at least 4–5 years in an architect or technical lead capacity
• Proven delivery on large-scale, multi-cloud Salesforce programs in complex enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud — including data streams, identity resolution, data models, and segments
• Deep expertise in Health Cloud — care programs, care plans, provider/member management, and healthcare interoperability
• Strong integration architecture background — REST/SOAP, event-driven architecture, MuleSoft or equivalent iPaaS platforms
• Experience working in consulting or professional services environments with multiple concurrent client engagements

Technical Skills

• Salesforce platform depth: Apex, LWC, SOQL, platform events, flows, and configuration-based development
• Data Cloud: ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, calculated insights, activation
• Health Cloud: care management models, OmniStudio, FlexCards, health data interoperability
• Integration: MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, Change Data Capture, middleware patterns
• Security architecture: sharing models, field-level security, OAuth, connected apps, Shield
• DevOps: Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, Git, scratch orgs, deployment management

Certifications — Required

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (or both — i.e., CTA track progress)
• Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Accredited Professional
• Salesforce Certified Integration Architect

Certifications — Preferred

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) — or active pursuit
• MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect
• Additional cloud certifications: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud
