Project Development Manager

Our client, a leading industrial equipment manufacturer, is seeking a Project Development Engineer to join their team. You will be supporting Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Customer Project Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset that will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Hartford, WI

Pay Range: $85,000 - $120,000 (DOE)

What's the Job?

• Review customer specifications, drawings, and RFQs to develop technical proposals and quotations.
• Manage projects from order receipt through final shipment, including schedule development and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate communication between customers, engineering, procurement, quality, and manufacturing teams.
• Source materials and services, obtain supplier quotations, and support procurement activities.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing, quality inspections, documentation, and production planning.

What's Needed?

• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with fabrication, industrial equipment, heavy manufacturing, process equipment, HVAC systems, or related industries preferred.
• Experience with estimating, applications engineering, technical sales, project management, AutoCAD, or similar CAD software preferred.
