Job Summary

We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona . This position is responsible for ensuring our facilities and equipment operate efficiently through inspections, preventative maintenance, and timely repairs.

The ideal candidate is a reliable team player with strong problem-solving skills and prior maintenance experience who takes pride in quality work.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and electrical components
  
  
• Inspect buildings for damage to doors, windows, walls, and structural elements , and complete necessary repairs

• Maintain accurate records of repairs, service dates, and preventative maintenance

• Develop and perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and safety risks

• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally

• Operate company vehicles to travel between job sites as required

• Perform additional maintenance tasks as assigned

• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience preferred

• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  
  
• Understanding of maintenance tools, equipment, and repair techniques

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work (standing, bending, climbing ladders)

• Availability for on-call rotation , including nights and weekends

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

• Strong work ethic, communication skills, time management, and attention to detail

Arizona-Specific Employment Information

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
