B2B Marketing SpecialistAegis Worldwide is partnering with an established manufacturing company seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Specialist. This individual will manage marketing initiatives from initial concept through completion while supporting sales, lead generation, customer engagement, and overall brand awareness.This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and self-motivated marketing professional who enjoys managing multiple projects and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and execute B2B marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.Create and manage marketing materials, sales collateral, presentations, email campaigns, and website content.Support sales teams with lead-generation initiatives, customer communications, and promotional materials.Coordinate trade shows and customer events, including logistics, materials, displays, and follow-up activities.Maintain CRM data and assist with marketing automation initiatives.Track campaign performance, website traffic, lead activity, and other marketing metrics.Prepare marketing reports and use data to recommend improvements.Manage company social media accounts and support content planning.Assist with SEO, website updates, and overall digital presence.Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and external partners to keep projects on schedule.Manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail and follow-through.Take ownership of projects from initial concept through completion with minimal supervision.Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate will be:Highly organized, dependable, and accountable.An excellent written and verbal communicator.Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Comfortable working with marketing data and analytics.Strong in project management and prioritization.Collaborative, adaptable, and customer-focused.Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment.Able to independently take ownership of projects and drive them through completion.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.3–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, marketing communications, or a related field.Experience within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or another technical environment strongly preferred.Experience supporting sales teams, trade shows, lead generation, and customer engagement programs.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple marketing projects and competing deadlines.Preferred Technical SkillsCRM and marketing automation platforms; Zoho experience is preferred.Website content management systems.Google Analytics and GA4.Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.Microsoft Office 365.Email marketing platforms.SEO fundamentals.Social media management platforms.Project management software.Marketing analytics and reporting tools.Physical and Travel RequirementsAbility to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds when handling trade show or event materials.Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows, customer events, and other business activities.Ability to safely enter manufacturing areas while following all safety procedures and wearing appropriate PPE.This is a confidential search.
