Riverview Place is hiring a Maintenance Technician!

In this role, youll help maintain our apartments, common areas, building systems, equipment, and grounds, creating a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Competitive Starting Pay: $25/hour+ Earn more based on your experience and qualifications!

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 23 years of building maintenance experience.
• General knowledge of building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and grounds maintenance preferred.
• Ability to participate in snow and ice removal and an on-call rotation as needed.
• Criminal background check and drug screening are required as a condition of employment.
