Experienced Software Engineer (Leader)

: What You'll Do: As a leader on our Enterprise CRM Security & Identity team, you'll lead a group of Salesforce engineers focused on enabling the foundational aspects of our Salesforce ecosystem. Our teams are at the heart of this evolving core enterprise platform. As an engineering leader, you'll help define practices and provide coaching to engineering teams as they are focused on delivering value for the enterprise. You'll help contribute to the strategic direction of the capability team and work to enhance and mature our engineering culture. We are looking for a technology professional who is passionate about developing talent, solving complex problems, and improving the quality and culture in which we work. Who You Are: We are looking for someone with:

• Associate's or bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field or equivalent experience) and 3+ years work experience or equivalent experience.
• Previous informal/formal leadership experience is required.
• Strong leadership and presentation skills.
• Must be able to maintain a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Basic planning, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills

Additional nice to haves:

• Salesforce experience (Developer or Admin)
• Cybersecurity or identity management experience.
• Cloud experience/interest - we use AWS.
• Understanding and familiarity with common software development patterns and best practices.
• Experience with DevOps practices (TDD, CI, CD, etc.)

Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $77350 - $182400 / year Time Off Program: Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. Pension Eligible: Yes Additional Information:

Work Environments

This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC). You'll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
