Nate Nguon Ins and Fin Svc Inc - State Farm Agency (Tustin, CA) is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to play a key role in our daily operations and client success. In this position, you will build and maintain strong customer relationships while serving as a liaison between clients and agency departments. By proactively marketing relevant insurance products and services, you will contribute to the growth of our agency and improve the lives of our customers. Job: On-site office Location (Tustin, CA) RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and nurture customer relationships to enhance retention and support agency growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide tailored recommendations to meet client needs.
- Manage and resolve complex customer issues effectively.
- Utilize your knowledge of insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both new and existing clients.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Comfortable engaging in sales conversations.
- Required License: Personal Lines or Property & Casualty (P&C), or willingness to obtain licensing.
