This is a remote position. WFH | Full-Time | EST Overview We're looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our client's social presence across platforms. This role owns planning, posting, engagement, and performance tracking — turning the brand story and thought leadership into engaging, shareable content that drives awareness, credibility, and conversion. The ideal candidate understands Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and knows how to align social media activity with broader demand generation and relationship-building goals. They'll work closely with marketing and sales to ensure our content resonates with target accounts and key personas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Planning Develop and execute a social media strategy that supports ABM campaigns, demand generation, and brand awareness goals.
• Create monthly content calendars aligned with marketing priorities and pillar content themes.
• Partner with the marketing team to ensure messaging reflects our three uniques: deep technical expertise, consistency/reliability, and relationship-based service.
• Content Creation & Repurposing Repurpose long-form or pillar content (webinars, articles, videos, etc.) into bite-sized, visual, or interactive formats (e.g., quote graphics, carousels, short-form videos).
• Write compelling copy that turns complex topics into clear, approachable insights.
• Coordinate with design resources to develop engaging visuals and motion assets.
• Engagement & Amplification Foster genuine engagement by prompting discussion, encouraging comments, and building relationships with followers.
• Collaborate with sales to create easy-to-share content and posting kits for their personal LinkedIn activity.
• Manage posting from company pages and, when appropriate, on behalf of key team members.
• Performance & Optimization Track and report on monthly social performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
• Use insights to refine content continually and engagement strategies.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and platform updates to stay ahead of best practices.
• Paid Social (Preferred) Manage or support paid social campaigns, including retargeting and ABM ad programs (AdRoll, RollWorks, or similar platforms).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align organic and paid efforts for consistent messaging and targeting.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B social media management, ideally in financial services, accounting, or professional services.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging, accessible content.
• Demonstrated success driving engagement and community growth across LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Familiarity with ABM principles, including account engagement tracking and alignment with sales.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Experience with social selling, employee advocacy, or thought leadership enablement is a plus.
• Experience running social or retargeting ads (AdRoll, RollWorks, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) is a plus, but not required.
