Apply here: Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for tax return document collection and related client communication. Oversee and support the tax team administratively, ensuring document requests and communications are timely, effective, and followed through. Proactively reach out to clients at the right times to increase retention, build trust, and elevate the overall client experience. Gather and relay client feedback to suggest and implement process improvements that enhance service quality. Maintain high standards of professionalism, accountability, and client care in every interaction.
