Your future role at a glance Location : Chicago, Illinois Facility : Ascension Saint Joseph - Chicago Department : Ascension Travel Program & Interim Leadership Schedule : Full Time Gross Rate up to $5,125 per week#ATP #LI-AM2 How you'll make an impact in this role Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements for their assigned team. Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of patient care services for the assigned team. Develop and implement policies and procedures to guarantee efficient and effective delivery of health services. Monitor and adhere to budget. Approve and monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines. Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluating of staff What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
