Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a CT Technologist in New York. This position involves performing computed tomography (CT) procedures with a focus on quality and safety standards. The role requires operation of specialized CT equipment, adherence to departmental protocols, and ensuring accurate patient imaging and documentation.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM, minimum of 37.5 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of an JCERT-approved School of Radiologic Technology; New York State License (L.R.T.); American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT Certified); 2 years of experience in CT imaging.
• Skills: Performs CT procedures according to prescribed protocols to ensure quality and accuracy. Exercises appropriate judgment to assess and respond to patient needs in the radiology department.
• Preferred Qualifications: N/A
• Additional Information: Requires experience utilizing Siemens Naetom Alpha Peak and Phillips Brilliance ICT 256 equipment. Knowledge of protocols related to Cardiac CT and cardiology is essential. The role involves injection of radioactive material, quality control checks, and maintaining accurate technical records.
