Supply Chain Manager

Position Summary: Guarantee the supply chain from raw material to the end product, ensuring delivery date compliance and optimization of productivity and costs. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all company policies Utilize IT system (GPT or SAP) to plan production and deliveries effectively. Analyze production capacity and make adjustments to meet and exceed goals. Define and deliver a Service Plan (reference lead-times) and perform daily monitoring of lead-times by manufacturing routes. Take measures to address any deficiencies. Manage purchases and procurement of material families to ensure efficient service. Maintain reliable inventory and take preventive steps to avoid stockouts, including auxiliary materials. Monitor and manage logistics and transportation. Provide regular and accurate reports on all activity. Develop and train employees. Establish and communicate expectations and manage performance. Other tasks as assigned. Degree in Supply Chain Management or similar. 2+ years of experience in a supply chain function in an industrial consumer good environment. Supervisory experience. Advanced knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred. Experience with continuous improvement. Strong production Planning experience a must. Strong understanding of paper & board grades.
