Industrial Maintenance Technician - Welding or Electrical Experience Required

Industrial Maintenance Technician 1st Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm 2nd Shift: 3:30 pm - 11:30 pm Schedule: Monday - Friday + Rotating weekends $25-$29/hr - 90 Day Bonus - Annual Bonus - Excellent Benefits We're looking for hands‑on problem solvers who enjoy fixing equipment and keeping production running. Whether your background is electrical troubleshooting or welding/fabrication, we'd like to hear from you - you do NOT need experience in both. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair heavy processing equipment - ball mills, crushers, air mills, blenders, and baggers Perform preventative maintenance on large-scale grinding and material handling systems Respond to equipment breakdowns and get production back up and running quickly Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or structural issues on high-wear equipment Complete work orders and document repairs Work closely with production to minimize downtime on a small, hands‑on maintenance team Follow safe work practices around large industrial equipment What We're Looking For Experience with electrical troubleshooting OR welding/fabrication Comfortable working on large, heavy industrial equipment (not just light manufacturing gear) Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills Self-starter who can work independently - small team means more ownership Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic If you have experience as an electrician, maintenance mechanic, welder, fabricator, millwright, machine repair technician, diesel mechanic, or similar skilled trade, you are encouraged to apply.
