General Manager

Overview Join the Titan Machinery team as a General Manager to oversee all aspects of our assigned store(s), build and lead high-performing teams, and exceed operational and business goals. Responsibilities Financial and Performance Management: Understand and communicate key financial drivers, utilize management team to ensure that departments across the area meet or surp ass sales goals and financial targets Customer Interaction and Experience: Lead customer-facing and business teams to enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional customer experiences Team Leadership and Development: Attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent who are collaborative and customer-focused, fostering a positive and productive work environment Policy and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and processes, including ethical transaction management and performance management in line with company guidelines.
