Configure, install, and repair operating system and application software. Configure and install hardware and software upgrades. Install, repair, and test network and telephone wiring. Provide troubleshooting and problem resolution for technical issues related to computer or phone technology. Provide equipment maintenance services. Maintain technology equipment inventory and service records. Assist computer users with software applications use. Provide support for all technology requests and usage. Work cooperatively with all levels of District personnel to provide technology services. Willing to work strategically as a member of the Technical Services team.
