Pharmacy & Clinical Fairfax, VA Full time Posted 2 months ago Own RxHere’s regulatory and quality compliance program across our 50-state 503A operation — policies, inspections, licensing, and USP standards. Key Responsibilities Maintain and audit USP 795/797/800 compliance programs Manage multi-state (50-state) pharmacy licensing and registrations Prepare for and manage board of pharmacy and accreditation inspections Develop, maintain, and train staff on SOPs and policies Oversee documentation, recordkeeping, and corrective actions Monitor regulatory changes and implement timely updates Requirements PharmD or equivalent regulatory/quality background required Minimum 3+ years of pharmacy compliance or regulatory experience required Deep working knowledge of 503A regulations and USP standards Experience with multi-state licensing strongly preferred Track record managing board of pharmacy inspections Preferred Compliance certification Qualification: PharmD or equivalent regulatory/quality background required Deep working knowledge of 503A regulations and USP standards Experience with multi-state licensing strongly preferred Track record managing board of pharmacy inspections Compliance certification (Preferred) Compounding pharmacy background (Preferred) Department: Pharmacy & Clinical Experience: Minimum 3+ years of pharmacy compliance or regulatory experience required Stay informed about new roles, company news, and career growth opportunities.
