Compensation: Strong hourly base + performance bonuses (Top techs earn $80,000 – $150,000+)

• The Professional: You treat the customer's home like your own. You document measurements, photos, and options clearly because you take pride in your paperwork.
• Credentials: EPA 608 Certification and a clean driving record are required.
