We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team and help share the stories, events, and experiences that make our community exceptional. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys creating engaging content, managing digital campaigns, and collaborating with residents, associates, and leadership to strengthen our brand presence. What You’ll Do Create and manage content calendars for social media, blogs, newsletters, and email communications. Develop and execute multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns focused on community news, events, and strategic initiatives. Manage and publish timely, relevant, and engaging content across company social media platforms and executive pages. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend SEO and engagement improvements. Capture community events through photography and video to create compelling marketing content. Write, edit, and produce content for websites, newsletters, social media, and other marketing channels. Identify and develop resident and associate stories that highlight the unique culture of Roland Park Place. Create, update, and audit printed and digital marketing materials in accordance with brand standards. Assist with public relations efforts and coordinate with advertising agencies as needed. Help plan and manage photography and video shoots, including organizing related assets. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Experience with social media platforms, Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, and Canva or similar creative software. Basic website management and SEO knowledge. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
