We are seeking an experienced Insurance Operations & Client Solutions Specialist to serve as a subject matter expert across high-level policy administration, complex claims coordination, and escalated client account management. In this role, you will act as a critical technical resource, driving advanced problem resolution, optimizing cross-departmental workflows, and supporting strategic operational initiatives.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• Subject Matter Expertise & Account Support: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for complex insurance products, claims coordination, and specialized client accounts, ensuring elevated service delivery and precision handling.

• Advanced Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve intricate policy, claims, or account-level issues using root-cause analysis and operational troubleshooting.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with underwriting, claims, and internal stakeholder teams to navigate high-visibility customer issues and streamline multi-departmental workflows.

• Knowledge Management & Process Improvement: Author, maintain, and continuously refine operational knowledge base content, standard operating procedures, and technical FAQs to elevate team performance.

• Project & Initiative Leadership: Take end-to-end ownership of assigned business initiatives, drive milestones, and implement process enhancements aligned with business goals.
