Key Responsibilities: Therapeutic Sessions: Lead therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each client. Clinical Assessments and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and understand client needs, followed by the crafting of thoughtful treatment plans. Documentation: Maintain precise and timely documentation of all therapy sessions and communications to ensure continuity of care. Collaboration: Work alongside a diverse team of health professionals to provide comprehensive care that encompasses multiple facets of mental health. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Master’s Degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field. Licensure: Must hold a fully independent licensure in South Dakota (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.). Experience: Demonstrated experience in mental health treatment, diagnosing, and managing related paperwork. Availability: Must be available for evening appointments. Preferred Experience: At least two years of post-licensure experience. Proven track record working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health conditions.
