Registered Nurse (RN) Manager
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Manager for a 6-week contract to provide clinical leadership, oversee daily nursing operations, and ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. The RN Manager is responsible for supervising nursing staff, coordinating workflow, maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills. On-call responsibilities are required, with occasional weekend coverage as needed.
