MEP Assistant Project Manager - $50M+ Healthcare

Job Title ENR-rated top Design Build General Contractor Job Description Support the Project Manager with daily project tasks. Coordinate complex MEP systems from design through construction. Review MEP work to ensure it meets specs and client expectations. Work with low‑voltage systems like BMS, Fire Alarm, Security, and Telecom. Help with invoices, estimates, and meeting schedules. Track and report MEP progress on‑site. Assist with project updates and reports. Gather bids from subs and suppliers. Help process payments and change orders. Support field operations alongside the Superintendent. Communicate delays or issues to keep the Owner informed. Build strong relationships with all project partners. Pitch in on project start‑up and close‑out tasks. Be ready to work on‑site when needed. Take on other tasks as needed—teamwork matters! The Successful Applicant A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. 1‑3 years of commercial construction experience (3‑5+ preferred). A proactive mindset and solid integrity. Willingness to work outdoors and put in extra hours when needed. Ability to travel based on project location. Comfortable working on active job sites and rough terrain. Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality. Great at building strong working relationships across teams.
