We are looking for a Truss Builder to join a busy manufacturing and production team. The Truss Builder will be responsible for assembling wood roof and floor trusses using blueprints, measurements, hand tools, and pneumatic equipment. This is a physically demanding, hands-on position that requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

Truss Builder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)

• Build wood roof and floor trusses according to plans and specifications.
• Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and components.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Read and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Use pneumatic nail guns and other production equipment.
• Inspect completed trusses for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Work efficiently as part of a production team.

Truss Builder Qualifications:

• Previous construction, framing, carpentry, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical labor throughout the shift.
• Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and work with your hands for extended periods.
