About the Role As an Occupational Therapist (OTR) at Aspire Senior Living Webb City, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, resident-centered care. The OT will assess, create, and implement individualized therapy plans to help our residents achieve their maximum functional potential. Your expertise will focus on enhancing their physical, emotional, and cognitive well‑being, empowering them to live life to the fullest. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents’ physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address identified needs and goals Implement and supervise occupational therapy interventions, including exercise programs, adaptive techniques, and environmental modifications Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans Maintain certification and continuing education requirements to stay current with industry developments and best practices Requirements Current certification and active license as an Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of Missouri Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents with mobility and other physical needs Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills What We Offer A dynamic and supportive work environment with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals Opportunities to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our seniors Flexible PRN/Per Diem schedule to accommodate your needs #J-18808-Ljbffr
