Ideal candidate is a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Arizona with a degree from an APTA-approved program (DPT preferred). Must have BLS certification and a passion for outpatient rehabilitation. Experience with adult and geriatric patients and is patient-focused, team-oriented, and eager to grow professionally. We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Arizona. This role involves evaluating and treating patients, developing personalized care plans, and working within an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes. The ideal candidate is passionate about rehabilitation, patient-centered care, and continuous professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and screenings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with functional goals.
• Administer therapeutic interventions and adjust treatment as needed based on patient progress.
• Educate patients and families to support continued care and recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Stay up to date with continuing education and participate in professional development activities.
• Assist with training new staff and mentoring physical therapy students.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an APTA-approved bachelor's program (or foreign equivalent).
• Licensure: Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Arizona.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or client.
• Experience: Recent experience working with adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting is preferred.
