Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate and thorough project estimations for drywall projects
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Analyze and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Prepare comprehensive bids, ensuring competitiveness and profitability
• Stay updated on industry trends, costs, and materials

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Estimator in drywall
• Proficient in estimating software and tools
• Strong knowledge of drywall construction processes
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple estimates concurrently
