We are seeking a motivated and strategic insurance professional to run a Farmers insurance agency by leading the growth, operations, and client service functions of a dynamic insurance agency. Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our reach in Bristol and the surrounding communities.
Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing insurance clients.
Lead, coach, and inspire a growing team of sales professionals to meet their full potential.
Monitor industry trends and adjust product strategies to remain competitive in the region.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records regarding agency production and compliance.
Represent The Atlantic District at community events and local networking functions to build our brand presence.
Requirements
Valid Property and Casualty Insurance License.
Demonstrated success in insurance sales and managing a book of business.
Deep understanding of policy underwriting and risk management.
Strong interpersonal skills to lead and mentor a sales team.
Self-motivated with a high level of integrity and professional dedication.
Familiarity with local Virginia market dynamics.
