About This Role

At CFA, we believe early childhood educators shape a child’s future from the very beginning. We are currently seeking dedicated Teachers and Lead Teachers to join our nationally accredited, NAEYC-recognized centers in Groton and New London. Under new leadership and with fresh energy across our early childhood programs, this is an exciting time to join CFA.

What You'll Do

Lead or support a classroom of infants, toddlers, and/or preschool-aged children
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with CT ELDS
Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
Work closely with a collaborative teaching team to support a supportive classroom environment

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with 12 ECE credits
CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration (may be completed after hire)
Strong communication skills and commitment to teamwork and child development
