Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent applicable work experience. Understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements and compliance standards, including HIPAA. Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams or departmental operations. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to collaborate across multiple departments. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Preferred Qualifications Experience applying organizational policies and procedures within a healthcare setting. Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices. Previous experience managing finance or business office staff. Healthcare finance or hospital financial management experience preferred. Proven ability to support strategic planning, budgeting, and operational improvement initiatives.
