Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold a valid teaching license with Special Education certification
• Experience providing individualized instruction for students with varying disabilities
• Strong skills in IEP (Individualized Education Plan) development and implementation
• Ability to build supportive relationships with students, families, and staff
• Proficient in adapting curriculum materials and teaching strategies
• Collaborative approach to working within multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver lessons tailored to students’ unique learning needs
• Develop, implement, and regularly review IEPs in collaboration with families and professionals
• Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven recommendations and modifications
• Foster a positive, safe, and engaging classroom atmosphere
• Communicate consistently with caregivers and participate in IEP meetings
• Support students in both resource and inclusive classroom settings as needed
