Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our healthcare team. The Nurse Practitioner will provide high-quality, patient-centered care by assessing, diagnosing, and treating a variety of health conditions. The NP will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations Develop and implement patient care plans Educate patients and families on disease prevention and health maintenance Maintain accurate and timely medical records Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Qualifications Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program Current Nurse Practitioner certification Active state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner DEA certification (if required for prescribing) Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Preferred Qualifications Experience in Primary Care / Family Practice / Urgent Care / Specialty Area BLS/ACLS certification Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) #J-18808-Ljbffr
