Prosperity Placement Solutions is recruiting experienced PICC nurses for a mobile vascular access team serving the Port Charlotte to Venice corridor. This opportunity is designed for qualified nurses who want flexibility in their workload and the ability to take on cases based on their availability.

Compensation & Flexibility

• Estimated Annual Gross Earnings: $90,000–$100,000

• Top Performer Earnings: $150,000+

• Uncapped Earning Potential: Earnings can increase with completed cases and available assignments.

• Flexible Case Volume: Daily case volume varies based on demand.

• Workload Flexibility: Take on available cases based on your schedule and capacity.

Earnings depend on case availability and the number of completed procedures. These figures are estimates, not guaranteed compensation, and represent gross earnings before taxes and applicable business expenses.

Coverage Area

Primary Territory: Port Charlotte, North Port, Venice, Englewood, and surrounding communities.

This is a mobile, field-based position requiring travel to healthcare facilities, clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and other patient-care locations throughout the assigned territory.

Candidates should reside in or near the service area and be comfortable traveling between assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform PICC line insertions and provide specialized vascular access services.

• Prioritize safe, accurate procedures and first-stick success.

• Work independently within your scope of practice, clinical competency, and applicable protocols.

• Coordinate with facility staff and healthcare teams to support quality patient care.

• Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and follow infection prevention standards.

• Travel throughout the assigned territory based on case availability and demand.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 100 verifiable PICC line insertions.

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted Florida RN license.

• Certification: PICC certification highly preferred.

• Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

• Travel: Ability to travel throughout the Port Charlotte-to-Venice territory.

• Clinical Skills: Strong vascular access experience, sound clinical judgment, and confidence performing PICC insertions.

• Professionalism: Reliable, accountable, and comfortable working independently.

• Credentialing: Ability to meet applicable facility credentialing and onboarding requirements.

Independent Contractor Arrangement

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity , not a salaried employee position. Work availability and earnings depend on case volume, completed procedures, and the agreed-upon compensation structure.
