About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12.5 hours Experience: Minimum of 5 years RN experience required License: New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate required Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA) required Must-Have: 3 years of ICU/CCU experience required Experience with EPIC required Willingness to float to Med Surg/Tele when needed Capability to lift up to 50 lbs required Traveler must have their own vehicle required Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified Description: EPIC experience is required. Candidates must include the New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate with their submission. All candidates must complete a comprehensive 14-panel drug screen within 24 hours of offer acceptance. The drug screen must include specific substances such as amphetamines, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, cocaine metabolite, and others as defined. COVID vaccinations are encouraged but not required. Requested time off during the assignment must be no more than 5 days. Dress code includes personal scrubs of any color without designs or cartoons, and no hoodies are allowed. Permanent address must be included in the profile, matching the Drivers License/State ID for verification during the compliance process. Travel experience is required. Resume and skills checklist pertinent to the position must be current to the past year. 1-2 supervisory signed references from the past two years of employment are required. License and certifications must be uploaded with the profile, including current nursing, BLS, and ACLS. Candidates from certain counties in New York will not be considered for travel assignments.
