Depending on the position, responsibilities may include assisting customers by phone and email, coordinating hotel reservations, researching solutions, resolving inquiries, updating account information, and navigating multiple computer systems in a fast-paced environment. Our teams support customers through reservation coordination, travel support, account management, client service, and operational support. Compensation: Hourly pay based on the position and experience starting at $14.90-$16.35 an hour.
