Experienced Framer - Structural Repair

We're looking for an experienced carpenter or construction professional who enjoys solving problems and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.

 

This is not an entry-level labor position. You should be comfortable framing, installing structural members, using power tools, reading a tape measure, and understanding how residential homes are built.

 

The ideal candidate has multiple years of experience and is looking for a long-term opportunity with room to quickly grow into a leadership role.

 

Responsibilities:

• Structural framing repairs
• Installing engineered LVL, PSL, and steel beams
• Floor jacking and leveling, and structural reinforcement
• Foundation repair via carbon fiber, epoxy injection, rebar pinning, etc.
• Crawlspace structural work
• Concrete and mortar work
• Following engineered plans and specifications
• Operating saws, drills, laser levels, and other construction equipment

 

Qualifications:

• ~2-5 years of residential construction or framing experience (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods
• Must be relatively physically fit (working in crawlspaces, lifting equipment, etc.)
• Ability to read engineering plans and construction drawings
• Experience with framing, carpentry, and/or foundation work
• Ability to safely operate common power tools
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
