Mid-Level Information Technology Project Management Specialist Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) Regulatory Engineering is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Mid-Level Information Technology Project Management Specialist to join the Enterprise Labs team in Seattle, WA or Hazelwood, MO. The selected candidate will lead a cross-domain workstream within a larger enterprise program and will have extensive skills in communication and collaboration, as this position will work with stakeholders across our Business Units, Engineering, and Information Technology. Position Responsibilities: Lead the build out of a project plan, identify and manage risks, issues, and roadblocks, and support the team in achieving committed deliverables Partner with stakeholders to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed Generate and utilize an array of media, clearly convey information and ideas to individuals and groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message Discover new opportunities and solutions for problems by looking beyond current practices and using innovative thinking Collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources Understand the big picture and the inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the system, including the impact of changes in one area on another area Understand the inter-relationships between components of systems and plans, anticipate future events, and apply the principles of systems thinking to accelerate performance Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience with program management, project management, and/or business operations 5+ years of experience creating and implementing project or communication plans, strategies, and tactics 5+ years of experience developing risk mitigation plans 5+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s Degree or higher Experience communicating complex concepts clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience with ADO, Agile, and Lean Project Management principles and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience Conflict Of Interest: Successful Candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict Of Interest (COI) assessment process.
