Job Description:

The Houseperson is responsible for supporting the housekeeping team by ensuring that clean linens are delivered to linen closets, housekeeping carts, guest units, and room attendants as needed. This role collects and transports soiled linens to the laundry facility and removes trash from guest units and housekeeping carts, disposing of it in designated waste areas. The Houseperson serves as a concierge for room attendants, maintaining adequate supplies and equipment so attendants can efficiently clean and service guest units without interruption. This position helps ensure housekeeping operations run smoothly by anticipating and fulfilling the team's operational needs.

Additional responsibilities include assisting with deep-cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, high and low dusting, cobweb removal, furniture moving, and other housekeeping-related duties. When primary responsibilities are completed, the Houseperson may also assist in the laundry room as assigned.

• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
