Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to tailor individualized therapeutic strategies that best address each client’s unique needs.

  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, including modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapies.

  • Regularly review and update clinical records to ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and legal regulations.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to foster comprehensive care and interconnected services.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training workshops to remain updated on the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with individuals and families from various backgrounds who face a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role will be impactful in promoting mental health awareness and delivering supportive services to those with limited access to care.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • \n
  • An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in the state of Arizona is essential.
  • \n
  • A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment.
  • \n
  • A keen understanding of legal and ethical standards within the counseling field.
  • \n
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport across diverse client profiles.

  • Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) software and familiarity with healthcare technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and availability of caseloads.
