Bilingual Sales Representative

Assist the sales team to help attain sales goals Travel on-site to business-to-business customer locations to assist in selling products and services to end users Build friendly, professional relationships with on-site contacts and customers while promoting the CustomFit program Overcome employee objections to the CustomFit service model Provide employees with safety footwear information and product advice Collaborate effectively with Key Account Executives, RAMs, and the Inside Sales Support team Assist in resolving customer complaints by communicating with appropriate team members Assist with fittings and support the sales team Provide a positive customer experience Requirements Ability to travel 80% of the time and overnight Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is preferred but not required Ability to speak both English and Spanish fluently Valid Driver’s License is required PC skills including intermediate skill level of experience using Microsoft Suite applications Previous experience in sales is a plus, but candidates starting their career are considered Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow Strong time management and multitasking abilities Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Must be able to secure a rental car Core Competencies Demonstrates strong sales support capabilities by building professional relationships, providing product advice, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
