Sanitation Associate

Responsible for attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail Responsible for exhibiting a working knowledge of all sanitation principles, equipment, and chemicals Create a clean and orderly environment for our guests/employees Is responsible for the chemical use, safety procedures and equipment use Follow sanitation plans, procedures, and training, as necessary Follows cleaning schedules and maintains supply usage as well as quantity logs Collaborate with edibles production and quality assurance to ensure cleaning tasks are completed adequately and on time Notify superiors of any damages and disturbances Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices All other duties as assigned Requirements Proven sanitation experience in food production/food service environment Strong attention to detail, must work efficiently and quickly while maintaining quality Ability to work with little to no supervision and maintain a high level of performance Strong communication skills, customer-orientated, and friendly Strong attention to detail and MUST have flexibility when it comes to helping other departments SERV Safe certificate preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV) Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in sanitation principles and practices within food production environments, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
