Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; monitor and document patient status; administer medications and treatments as ordered. Assume leadership responsibilities on the unit, including delegation of tasks to other staff levels as appropriate. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and execute care plans; participate in handoffs and communicate effectively with patients and families. Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and hospital/professional policies; ensure accurate documentation and continuity of care. Support orientation and credentialing processes; contribute to unit safety and quality initiatives. Requirements Active Registered Nurse license (in good standing) Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC) must be active prior to contract start date; if not active, a course must be booked by the time of clinical orientation. De‑escalation training required. Relevant clinical experience in medical‑surgical or telemetry settings preferred. Ability to work in a hospital setting with a rotating schedule, including nights.
