Seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide therapeutic services on a travel basis. This role involves working with diverse patient populations to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders over a 13-week assignment. Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' speech, language, and communication abilities through comprehensive assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient needs.
- Deliver targeted therapy sessions to improve speech and language function.
- Document patient progress, update treatment plans, and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in adherence to industry standards.
- Comply with all safety, health regulations, and clinic policies throughout the assignment.
- Hold a valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of assignment.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Demonstrate strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
