New Home Sales Consultant - High-Earning Commission Path

Ryan Homes, a division of NVR, is hiring Sales Representatives for New Homes in Naperville, IL. This is a commission-based role with training provided; during training the pay rate is $34.62 per hour.
Successful reps can earn over $200,000, with top performers over $300,000. Candidates should have at least 3 years of commissioned sales experience; you will engage buyers, deliver outstanding service, collaborate with marketing to generate leads, and guide customers toward their dream home.
