We want people thatcan support and lead the technical strategy in their product team and communicateeffectively withtechnical and non-technical associates.MinimumExperience10+ years of hands‑on software development experience focused on the Microsoft .NET ecosystem (C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core).Extensive experience designing, developing, andoptimizingSQL Server databases, including complex queries, stored procedures, indexing strategies, and performance tuning.Ability to work with mainframe SMEs toreverse-engineerlogic and map it into modern .NET domain models.Ability to read,analyzeand interpretMainframe code such as COBOL, JCL,VSAMand DB for z/OS schemas. Experienceextracting and transforming data from MainframeDB2 and IMS.Hands-on experience designing and building data extraction pipelines from mainframe systems into modern platforms (SQL, cloud storage, APIs, microservices).
